Postpartum Meal Delivery

Nutrition is essential to postpartum healing. We all know it's important to eat healthy, but finding the time to create nutritious and nourishing meals while caring for a newborn can be extremely difficult. Let us help!

Our culinary-trained chef, Jennifer Hillebrand, is excited to prepare a series of delicious and nutritious meals for you. We will work together to deliver them fresh and ready to heat & eat, whenever you have the time. The meals, snacks and teas are carefully created with postpartum healing in mind, so you are sure to get the daily nutrition and nourishment your body needs while you heal from the pregnancy and birth.

One Day of Meals
Product Details

Each day of meals includes a breakfast, lunch, dinner, and one snack. The meals are prepared and packaged for quick reheating, and should be consumed warm.

You will receive one soup (options rotate weekly), one congee, and one snack from the dropdown lists.

Nourishing bowls

For the Bowls, you may choose one Grain, one Protein, three Vegetables, and one Topping. We choose all organic ingredients whenever possible.

  • Example: Quinoa, with roasted carrots, yams and yellow onion, topped with fresh eggs and avocado.
GRAIN OPTIONS - Choose One:
  • Rice (wild rice or white)
  • Quinoa (tricolor)
  • Buckwheat
  • Polenta
  • Oats (steel cut or rolled)
  • Bulgar wheat
  • Couscous
PROTEIN OPTIONS - Choose One:
  • Eggs (farm fresh from my chickens, or store bought, free range)
  • Chicken
  • Legumes (green lentils, white beans, garbanzo beans, edamame, etc)
  • Tofu
  • Extra $5 per bowl:
  • Beef
  • Beyond Meat crumbles
  • Fish (shellfish, halibut, salmon, etc)
  • Pork
VEGETABLES:
  • We choose fresh, organic vegetables each week based upon what is in season. Please note ones you DO NOT like.
TOPPINGS - Choose One:
  • Avocado
  • Bragg's Liquid Aminos
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Flax seeds
  • Hemp seeds
  • Nuts (raw or dry roasted.)
  • Oils (avocado, coconut, sesame)
  • Melted butter (grass fed)
